How to purchase a subscription

If you would like to purchase a subscription for your SessionBox account, you can do so on the sessionbox.io website. First, you have to create an account [insert Freshdesk link] and log in to the page. Then, click on your email address in the top-right corner of the screen and select 'Purchase subscription' from the dropdown list:

On the screen you have to select the Buy new subscription choice box:

Once you have selected the option, you will see the available subscription choices:

If you would like to use SessionBox for hobby purposes, you can choose the monthly recurring SessionBox One Hobby plan, or you can purchase SessionBox for 12 months. In the latter case, your monthly price will be lower. Please note that yearly subscriptions are not renewals.

If you intend to use SessionBox for commercial or work purposes, you should select SessionBox One Professional.

For multiple users, you can opt for SessionBox One Team.

All plans are available as recurring subscriptions or yearly non-recurring options. For non-recurring plans, you will need to repurchase the product when your plan expires. With recurring plans, SessionBox deducts the monthly fees until you cancel your subscription.

Once you've made your selection, the 'Upgrade' button becomes clickable.

On the cart page, you must complete all mandatory fields.

If you are a private individual, your name will be mandatory. If you are a business entity, your business name and VAT number or company registration number are required.

Once you have completed this information, please click on 'Save and Continue.'

On the next checkout screen, you can review a summary of your order. If there is a typo in your details, you can click on the 'Edit' button to return to the previous screen. You must accept the privacy policy to continue.

If you would like to pay by card (using Stripe), please click on the 'Secure Checkout' button. PayPal payment is also available; you can access it by clicking on 'Show More Payment Options.'

You will be redirected to the payment page. Please provide your card details and click on the 'Subscribe' button.

If your card details were provided successfully, you will receive your SessionBox subscription. On the Billing and Subscriptions page, you can always check the status of your subscriptions and transactions. You can also cancel your plan there if you wish.
